The complete system is housed in two stacked 20 ft containers, requiring less than 20 m\u00b2 of floor space.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"340\" data-end=\"381\">Configuration of the Taneco AGF WWT 20<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"383\" data-end=\"437\">The installation consists of the following components:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Circulation classifier<\/li>\n<li>Sand separator<\/li>\n<li>Sludge classifier<\/li>\n<li>Sludge dewatering system<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 data-start=\"537\" data-end=\"565\">The Process: Step by Step<\/h3>\n<h3 data-start=\"567\" data-end=\"593\">Inlet of Wash Water<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"595\" data-end=\"814\">The unit is equipped with connections for the inlet and outlet of wash water, as well as for clean water.<br data-start=\"700\" data-end=\"703\" \/>The water from the washers enters through the circulation classifier, where sand settles out of the wash water.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"816\" data-end=\"838\">Sand Separation<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"840\" data-end=\"1057\">The settled sand is pumped to the sand separator. Here, solid particles down to 25 microns are separated using hydrocyclones.<br data-start=\"965\" data-end=\"968\" \/>The dewatering screen dewaters these solids to a dry matter content of approximately 75%.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"1059\" data-end=\"1083\">Sludge Separation<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1085\" data-end=\"1225\">The de-sanded water flows into the sludge classifier. With a small addition of polymer, the sludge particles settle quickly and efficiently.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"1227\" data-end=\"1260\">Dewatering and Return Flow<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1262\" data-end=\"1437\">The sludge dewatering system separates the sludge from the wash water.<br data-start=\"1332\" data-end=\"1335\" \/>The cleaned water is then returned to the washers.
