Taneco supplies complete Waste Water Treatment installations for the agricultural sector and also ensures that these systems continue to perform optimally for many years. Our mechanics, engineers, and software specialists carry out maintenance on all components of the installations. Regular maintenance keeps efficiency high, prevents malfunctions, and significantly extends the lifespan.
Tailored Maintenance: Basic, Premium and Platinum
Every installation, company and work situation is different. That’s why Taneco offers three maintenance levels, ensuring that each customer receives exactly the support they need.
BASIC
The Basic level focuses on an annual inspection and a clear report on the technical condition of the installation. This gives the customer insight into possible wear and future replacements, while daily maintenance largely remains in their own hands.
PREMIUM
Premium is intended for companies that want certainty without surprises. In addition to periodic maintenance services, Taneco also takes care of the timely replacement of wear parts, such as spiral belts. The control system is checked, processes are fine-tuned, and remote support is available whenever needed.
PLATINUM
The Platinum level offers complete peace of mind. Taneco performs overhauls of components such as decanters and carries out extensive maintenance on chamber filter presses. Malfunctions are handled with priority, and the entire system is maintained preventively according to factory standards.
Maintenance of All Critical Components
Taneco maintains all components of the Agri WWT installations. This includes spiral belts that are remounted and aligned, decanters that are fully overhauled and balanced, and chamber filter presses whose hydraulics and filter cloths are inspected and renewed. Mudseparator components — such as vibration motors, screw conveyors and lamella packs — are also part of our maintenance services.
Thanks to this wide-ranging expertise, we can keep complete installations in top condition without the need for customers to engage multiple external parties.
Automation & Remote Support
Because Taneco is fully responsible for the control and software of the installations, we can also perform all PLC, HMI and control system updates. This means that settings, alarms and process optimizations can be quickly and efficiently supported.
With remote support, we can read malfunctions, adjust parameters and guide operators from a distance — often without the need for a technician to visit the site.
