For a potato processor in Germany, Taneco supplied two WWT100 installations, each with a capacity of 100 m³/hour, for processing 200 tons of potatoes per hour.

Sand is separated using Linatex-lined cyclones. The sludge is initially separated in two large Mud Separator XL units, where the solids are concentrated. The thickened sludge is then further dewatered using two decanters, resulting in a stable and efficient sludge treatment process.

In addition, a separate set of backup pumps was installed, suitable for use on both lines, allowing maintenance to be performed without interrupting the process. These pumps are connected to both lines through a shared pipeline system.
